Mrs. Stela Martin is the Founder and Director of Good and Grace housing Enterprises Private LTD. She is not only a social activities but also doing a lot of good for the poor people. She started and running this company that builds houses for the poor people who do not have houses.
We build sustainable supporting housing for poor and homeless people to have safety and support. We acquire vacant lands and build row house and rent them for homeless, Individuals and families at subsidized affordable rates.
In Addition, we provide job training programs.
We also support and core people with mental illness.
We are a non-profit housing enterprises train people with skil in construction.
We are also looking for volunteers to donate poor people to have a house of their own by joining with us.

For this project, land has been purchased in various towns and the poor people who have been homeless for many years are being found and house being built for them on behalf of Good and Grace Housing Enterprises Private LTD.
